The quote tool

Your sex, date of birth, self-assessed wellness, smoking history, coverage size and period are submitted to a quote engine provided by the carriers to retrieve rates. This website does not store these items. Zero personal details—no name, street address, phone or email—are captured to receive quotes. If you submit identical requests, a temporary cache provides results without querying the quote engine repeatedly.

Applying

Proceeding with an application sends your answers to a secure service hosted by the carriers, where you operate under that platform's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency—a state-licensed California provider under License 0B75129—processes applications.

The contact form

The message form collects a name, email, optional phone, contact preference, category, and message body. Messages arrive at the agency's email inbox using your address as the return address. The site keeps no record of submissions, maintains no archive database, and logs no message specifics. A fast anti-bot verification occurs within your browser before transmitting.

Measurement

The site measures visits using a privacy-first method without cookies, hosted directly from this server. No cookies or tracking identifiers are installed; the latter half of IP addresses is removed before storage; URL parameters are stripped from referrer pages; original logs disappear after ninety days. Devices broadcasting Do Not Track preferences or Privacy Control signals skip counting entirely.

What we do not do

We do not buy or sell personal data, deploy behavioral advertising, or operate external analytics. Third-party scripts appear only for the application on the application page and activate solely if you visit that section.
